In this case study, we will delve into the creation of a marketing campaign for different primary market of housing projects, showcasing the challenges faced, the approach taken, and the outcomes achieved through the ads campaign.
The Problem
The client, a real estate developers company, faced several challenges in their marketing efforts and is in urgent needs to sell their newly built housing project:
Limited Online Presence: Online presence wasn't strong and getting leads from a not so well-known real estate developers might be a tiny bit difficult.
Ineffective Marketing Strategy: The company is still over-reliant on physical roadshow and flyer campaign that took up more cost and inadequate metrics to analyze performances.
