New In The Space: The e-commerce brand is new and we're starting everything from the ground up.
Regulations & Policy: As the e-commerce company desires to scale to international markets including Canada, North America and selected European countries. It requires careful crafting of policy as EU is pretty strict with data privacy act especially in Germany and Austria.
No Store Front: Need to build one
No Social Page: Requires setup of social page.
Payment Options: Payment options is a bit of hassle as it requires several documentation for local transactions but fairly easy for international markets.
Approach
To address these challenges, these strategic approaches were made:
Social Page Setup: Just the essential, Facebook Page.
Store Setup & Design: We're using Easy Store from local providers along with hosting and bought a domain. Took weeks to build the store as the UI is a bit unfriendly.
Setup Engagement Campaign: Ads campaign were made to grow the social page.
Policy Setup: Wrote and edit policy to ensure DSA, EEA compliance in the EU and others according to the targeted markets.
Payment Setup: Visa, Master and Paypal are available.

Increased Sales: The number of sales naturally increased through conversion campaign.
Improved Reach: The reach is further improved with several strategy in place to ensures conversion such as the write-up, visuals and offers.
Organized Systems in Place: Not only it's simple and easy to navigate towards purchases but it's tremendously organized for the back-end stuff too such as order handling and customer management.

The low-barrier to entry and low-cost makes it more possible to make a better shopping experience.
In 2024, there's even more options that are both better and cheaper.
However, great products doesn't necessarily means it's an easy sale.
