I build an account to share things related to real estate as it might draws more eyeballs and potential leads. some of the videos posted are made as per client's request as well to be used in their ads.
The Problem
The traditional method of marketing through physical roadshow and distributing flyer seems to decrease in effectiveness throughout the year:
Inefficiency: Consumers often found it time-consuming and cumbersome to physically stationed at multiple locations and awaiting people to flocks over.
Restrain on Time & Cost: Physical roadshow comes at a high cost especially in high-traffic location and it's super ineffective in terms of time consumption for a lower quality and quantity of leads.
Real Estate Became Repetitive: Lack of entertainment and education in the space, renders lesser interest from audiences.
Approach
To address these challenges and create an innovative workout, create exposure in the digital land:
Educational Content: People swipe away if it ain't interesting, makes information entertaining and the audience would even learn something new.
Virtual Tour: Physical tour might takes time and efforts but if a virtual tour were made, it's easier for the audience to imagine and assume the product visually.
Results
It had a satisfying outcome on awareness and converted number of sales:
Increased Sales: A few units of house were sold from an ads campaign utilizing one of the videos from TikTok.
Increased Awareness: More people knew about the names of real estate developers, agencies and even the houses that are up for sale.
Feedback & Referral: We gained a positive feedback from converted customers they referred another purchaser into the business.
